We are expanding and looking for Sales Consultants, Leasing Consultants & Off Plan Specialists with a minimum of 1 year of Abu Dhabi real estate experience in either Sales or Leasing.

About the Role
This is a performance-driven real estate opportunity, not a traditional fixed-salary desk job. Your success will depend on your effort, consistency, ability to build strong client relationships, and closing performance.

We also provide personal branding assistance to help consultants build a credible professional presence and establish recognition in the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and close property sales and leasing transactions.
- Follow up with leads and develop strong client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Assist buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors throughout the transaction process.
- Match clients with suitable properties from the company's inventory.
- Negotiate offers and support transaction documentation.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, communities, and projects.
- Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Abu Dhabi real estate experience in Sales or Leasing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and commission-based environment.
- Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
